I feel as though I still have a very long way to go in my journey. I still slip up, and make mistakes with my diet. Sometimes I’ll go a month without bothering to exercise. But I’m trying my hardest to be as healthy as I can be. :)

A few people have asked for this photo so here it is, same weight this was about 57kg, before and after toning, I did not have a naturally toned stomach after I lost weight :)

I think because we are part of a large fitblr community on tumblr we might forget sometimes that we are the minority in every day life.
What you do for your health and your body is difficult and amazing and very few people take that initiative.

This is my newest before and after comparison. There is still a lot of work to do but I feel like a completely different person.
On the left I weighed 190lbs, my highest recorded weight was 203lbs but I have weighed over 210lbs. On the right I weigh 148lbs.
Remember that the scales isn’t the best way to measure progress. Things are going on right now in your body & mind that the scale could never show.
Never, ever give up. No matter how tough it gets just keep. on. moving. You are stronger than you think you are.
